The Opti-Hoop is an automatic 3 pinch roller,to bend aluminum decorative muntin bars used in window and door glass.The same rollers can do 3 different bar types without the need to change rollers.The operator simply inputs the desired final radius, or can select from a pre-prepared list, selects the type of bar and presses START.

That’s it. The program takes over and sends the bar back and forth and increments the vertical pinch roller until the radius is achieved.Once complete, the pinch roller retracts to home and the process can be started again.Why automatic? Because it
allows the operator to do other tasks as opposed to being tied to the process, thus saving you BIG $$$ PLUS you get the accuracy.
